In 1988 Austin County Water Supply Corporation (ACWSC) was incorporated as a 501(c)(12) non-profit corporation. We operate as a public entity in accordance with the Public Information Act, governed by a voluntary Board of Directors and Administration staff certified under the Open Meetings Act as administered by the Attorney General for the State of Texas.
